Agreement To These Terms

These Terms apply to HobbyHash Coin LLC, HOBC, hobbyhashcoin.com, the HOBC command center, public website pages, support forms, mining and pool pages (Main Pool, Nano Pool, PPLNS Pool, GPU Pool, and CPU Pool when enabled), explorer and stats pages, network race pages, launch reserve pages, burn tracker pages, market and bridge pages, referral program pages, exchange listing pages, docs, local wallet downloads, the custodial web wallet, email notices, SMS security messages, and official social channels linked from the site.

By using the website, creating an account, using the wallet, opening a support ticket, using pool information, using bridge or referral features when available, or enabling SMS, email, or authenticator security features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Use At Your Own Risk

HOBC services are provided for informational, mining, wallet, bridge, referral, and support purposes. Cryptocurrency mining, wrapping, trading, and wallet use involve risk, including software bugs, chain reorganizations, account compromise, lost access, bridge failure, and service interruptions.

You are responsible for understanding the risks of cryptocurrency, mining, custodial wallets, local wallets, bridge transactions, withdrawals, addresses, transaction confirmations, fees, and blockchain finality. Transactions may be irreversible.

No Financial Advice

HOBC website content is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The site must not show fake market price, fake market cap, fake blocks, fake txids, fake balances, fake burns, or fake pool stats.

No website page, statistic, pool page, reserve page, burn page, bridge page, referral page, explorer page, support reply, or wallet status should be treated as a promise of value, profit, mining return, liquidity, exchange listing, referral income, or future performance.

Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, email account, password, device, browser, session, SMS codes, and authenticator app codes secure. Do not share passwords, SMS codes, or authenticator secrets. HOBC may use rate limits, CSRF protection, audit logs, SMS codes, authenticator app (TOTP) verification, email notices, and admin review to protect accounts and wallet funds.

HOBC may refuse, suspend, limit, or close access when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to suspicious activity, or protect wallet funds.

If authenticator app security is enabled on your account, you are responsible for safeguarding the authenticator secret and backup access. HOBC cannot restore lost authenticator access except through approved recovery flows, which may require email, SMS, admin review, or other verification steps.

Custodial Wallet Terms

Only the HOBC web wallet on hobbyhashcoin.com is custodial. The website controls those wallet keys and funds until withdrawal. HOBC also offers official local wallet software on the downloads page, including the Windows standalone wallet and Android wallet. Use local wallet software or another non-custodial wallet for larger balances. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and verification codes.

Wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, txids, confirmations, and internal ledger entries must come from real backend and blockchain data. If wallet backend data is offline, syncing, pending, or unavailable, the website should say so instead of showing fake information.

Deposits may require confirmations before crediting. Withdrawals may be paused, throttled, reviewed, delayed, rejected, refunded internally, queued for broadcast, or require admin approval based on site settings, wallet health, security checks, available hot-wallet funds, or maintenance needs.

You are responsible for entering the correct withdrawal address. Sending funds to the wrong address may result in permanent loss. The custodial web wallet should not be used for large or long-term balances.

Local Wallet Software And Node Downloads

Windows standalone wallet, Android wallet, and Linux node downloads are local software tools. You are responsible for securing the device, backups, updates, node configuration, RPC access, firewall rules, and any funds stored in local wallet software.

Local wallet software is separate from the custodial web wallet unless a page clearly states otherwise. HOBC is not responsible for loss caused by device compromise, lost backups, misconfigured nodes, or user error in local software.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: HobbyHash Coin (HOBC) Account Security SMS.

Program description: HOBC may send transactional SMS messages for registration verification, login verification, password recovery, admin verification, wallet security, withdrawal verification, support ticket notices, account safety alerts, and related service messages. These messages are not marketing messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on login attempts, verification requests, support activity, wallet security events, and account actions.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, you may not receive SMS login or security codes, which may limit access to protected account or admin features.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mining And Pool Use

HOBC pools may include solo-oriented pools (SHA-256 Main/Nano, KawPow GPU, RandomX CPU) and, when enabled, a PPLNS pool with different payout rules. After height 16800 the Tri-PoW race is always on with a flat 45 HOBC block reward. Payouts, shares, workers, jackpots, contests, and block results must come from real pool and chain data. Availability can change during launch, maintenance, or service issues.

Main Pool, Nano Pool, GPU Pool, and CPU Pool information is provided to help miners configure hardware for solo-style mining under the published pool rules. PPLNS Pool pages, if enabled, describe a different payout model and must be read separately before mining.

You are responsible for your mining hardware, electricity use, network access, configuration, wallet address, worker name, payout address, and compliance with local rules.

Pool contest, jackpot, overload, or leaderboard displays, if shown, are informational only and must come from real pool data. They do not guarantee future blocks, rewards, or payouts.

Alternate-coin dual mining (smart routing during former SHA idle periods) is retired after height 16800 because the Tri-PoW race keeps SHA, KawPow, and RandomX always on. If a legacy dual-mining opt-in UI still appears, it does not restore idle-window routing. HOBC mining stays on HOBC pools. Any former alternate-coin fee language applied only to that retired dual-mining path.

Explorer, Stats, Reserve, And Burn Data

Explorer, stats, reserve, burn, market chart, and global network map pages are informational tools. They may be syncing, offline, pending launch, or not available yet. HOBC should not display fake blocks, fake txids, fake addresses, fake supply, fake burns, fake reserve balances, fake market prices, or fake market caps.

Launch reserve and burn tracker pages are transparency tools. Current balances and outgoing transactions should be shown only when real tracking data is available.

Bridge, Market, And wHOBC

Bridge, swap, and market pages describe wrapped HOBC (wHOBC) and related tools that may interact with BSC or other public networks. These tools involve smart-contract, bridge, liquidity, slippage, confirmation, and third-party service risk.

Wrap, unwrap, bridge request, withdrawal, price, liquidity, and chart values shown on HOBC pages must come from real backend, chain, or feed data when available. If bridge or market data is syncing, offline, paused, limited, or unavailable, the site should say so instead of showing fake values.

You are responsible for verifying addresses, networks, token contracts, amounts, fees, confirmations, and destination wallets before sending funds. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. HOBC does not guarantee bridge availability, DEX liquidity, exchange access, peg stability, or any market price.

Links to third-party explorers, DEX tools, aggregators, or exchanges are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Referral Program

If the referral program is enabled, published rates, levels, minimum unwrap thresholds, payout timing, and leaderboard rules control eligibility. HOBC may change, pause, or disable referral settings, reject abusive attribution, or withhold payouts tied to fraud, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.

Referral links, cookies, and attribution tools are provided to operate the program fairly. Attempting to spoof referrals, self-refer, cycle accounts, or exploit payout logic is prohibited.

Referral statistics and payout totals shown on the site must come from real program records. They are informational and do not guarantee future earnings.

Exchange Listing And Community Channels

Exchange listing, press kit, and related pages are informational resources for exchanges, partners, and the public. They do not guarantee listing, partnership, liquidity, market making, or future exchange availability.

Official HOBC social posts and community channels linked from the site are informational. They are not personalized financial advice and do not guarantee outcomes, listings, prices, or mining returns.

Availability And Maintenance

HOBC may operate in pre-launch, maintenance, or full launch mode. Features may be unavailable, paused, limited, delayed, offline, or changed without notice. Admin pages, wallet backend, node RPC, explorer indexing, pool status, bridge status, referral payouts, email, SMS, and support tools may have outages or maintenance windows.

Privacy Policy and Terms pages are intended to remain publicly available even when public site status modes limit normal website access.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use HOBC services to attack the website, bypass security, abuse support, submit malicious content, exploit bugs, launder funds, violate law, impersonate others, interfere with mining or wallet operations, manipulate referral attribution, abuse bridge limits, scrape protected data, or attempt unauthorized admin access.

Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, API secrets, or sensitive credentials through support tickets or public forms.

Support And Abuse

Support replies are informational and do not guarantee any outcome, payout, reversal, listing, balance change, bridge recovery, referral payout, or recovery.

HOBC may use third-party services for hosting, SMS delivery, email delivery, security, infrastructure, analytics, blockchain data, or other operations. Third-party networks, carriers, wallets, miners, exchanges, DEX tools, BSC services, social platforms, browsers, or service providers may have their own terms and limitations.

Bridge and market pages may link to or rely on public data from BSC explorers, DEX aggregators, chart providers, or exchange websites. HOBC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policies.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

HOBC services are provided as available and as is. HOBC does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, mining results, wallet availability, bridge availability, referral payouts, message delivery, explorer sync, node uptime, pool uptime, market value, liquidity, or future development.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HOBC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost mining rewards, lost referral rewards, lost data, lost access, lost funds caused by user error, wrong addresses, compromised credentials, service outages, carrier filtering, blockchain behavior, bridge or smart-contract failure, or third-party services.

Changes To These Terms

HOBC may update these Terms as the website, pools, node tools, explorer, wallet, bridge, referral program, support system, SMS security, launch reserve tracking, burn tracking, and market pages change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
