Chronological history of HOBC official statements sealed at publish time. Earlier wording stays visible even when later statements supersede it.
Is this immutable?
Each entry is append-only on this website and sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint of its title, body, type, and publish time. Every seal is also auto-anchored on the HOBC chain with one OP_RETURN transaction (prefix HOBCOR1 + the content hash). Entries cannot be edited or deleted through the site admin. Verify any entry with the on-chain explorer link and the verify JSON API.
Statements published before this Official Record existed were not retrospectively sealed. Published announcements, burn events, reserve notes, and admin emails are sealed going forward; historical published items are backfilled and anchored when the ledger launches.
